Duties: - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift - Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery - Provide guidance and support to team members - Train new employees and ensure they are familiar with company policies and procedures - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area - Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction Requirements: - Previous experience in bartending, coffee, banquet, food production, or related roles is preferred - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of health and safety regulations - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
