JOB DESCRIPTION: We are currently looking for the right person to join the Client Support Team at our headquarters in Owensboro, KY. As a member of this team. As one of the company's primary faces, your focus will be on delivering exceptional service, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with our internal teams to enhance processes and ensure a high-quality client journey. Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills are essential for success in this dynamic, client-centric role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: This role will be actively involved in day-to-day operations and have responsibilities including, but not limited to: Administering data and databases. Responding to client inquiries, via phone, chat, and/or emails, and providing timely and accurate information. Providing guidance and support to clients. Maintaining detailed records of client interactions. Coordinating with internal departments to ensure client needs are met. Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills. Contributing to the continuous improvement of client support processes and procedures. Escalating complex issues to appropriate teams or management as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma (or equivalent). Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Strong problem-solving skills. Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding client service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong phone communication skills with a client-centric approach. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Compensation is commensurate with talent at the time of hire and increases based on individual skill level, proven results, and added responsibilities.
