Oak Hills Living Center is seeking a dedicated and organized individual for the position of administrative assistant. This role involves providing essential administrative support to multiple positions and assisting with a variety of tasks. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Prepare program materials · Assist with transcribing documents and maintaining records · Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phones · Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events · Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items · Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence · Receptionist support · Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees · Provide administrative support to various departments as needed This is a full time position, working 40 hours per from 9:30am-6pm, Monday thru Friday. The ideal candidate will have: · Two (2) years experience in a management-support related position or two year associate degree in a secretarial or related field and two-year management-support related experience is required. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Excellent computer operations skills and sound working knowledge of basic office software products for word processing, graphic presentations, spreadsheet production and/or database operations. · Demonstrates initiative/motivation, critical thinking, problem solving, interpersonal and customer service skills. · Flexibility in handling changes in work priorities and handles multiple tasks simultaneously.
