BRAND NEW LOCATION OPENING MID AUGUST IN OWENSBORO KY Store hours are 6am-4pm, 7 days a week. Kitchen crew will be mainly responsible for preparing food items for guests. Other jobs in the store include helping guests, taking doughnut orders, working the drive thru, preparing coffee, frying doughnuts-at a certain point learning the various roles will be required. All employees will be cross trained. Overview To prepare the café food in a quick and quality manner for customers. To ensure that the specialty products of keto, vegan, and chocolate muffins are fully stocked and meet or exceed the Parlor standard Duties & Responsibilities 1. Prepare food. 2. Prepare all specialty food items. (Keto, Vegan, Muffins, and Cookies). 3. Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen area. 4. Help direct in additional duties such as, sweeping, dishes, or garbage. 5. Help Front of House with tasks, e.g., box making, bag stamping, & wiping down tables. 6. Help Front of House in times of extreme busyness. Qualifications 1. Multi-task efficiently 2. Conflict resolution Education and Experience 1. Practical experience in various food service positions preferred 2. Must obtain/maintain ServSafe® or State certification 3.
