The pay range is $89,700.00 - $161,500.00

As a Sr. Financial Manager FP&A, Strategy Finance - LRP , you will help ensure Target achieves its long-term financial aspirations by managing Target’s Long-Range Planning financial process. You’ll interpret financial and operational performance and insights in order to identify business risks and opportunities to streamline decision making, and partnering with internal clients to develop long range goals. You will influence future iterations of Target’s Strategic Roadmap through the analysis, sizing and driving financial insights in support of potential new and emerging strategic priorities and opportunities.
Core deliverables include:
• Strategic Storytelling: Lead development of financial storytelling of enterprise long-range planning across Leadership forums to enable strategic investments, change management and decision-making
• Strong Collaboration: Lead across FP&A and cross-functional teams through financial insights and partnership to enable win-win solutions through high complexity
• Process Optimization: Drive management and enhancements of enterprise LRP process while integrating across existing business and FP&A routines to optimize ways of working
About you:
• MBA Degree with strong academic performance
• 6-9 years finance and business experience, retail merchandising experience a plus
• Strategic thought leader with outstanding communication and relationship building
• Thrives in ambiguity, engaging across partners with empathy
• Maintains close relationships and deep understanding of partner needs and environments
• Navigate across altitudes with agility, diving deep when necessary
• Ability to build discipline and rigor across processes and governance
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong analytical, decision making, project management, planning and organizational skills
• Champion of DE&I, team and culture

This role is Hybrid, requiring the ability to commute to assigned Target HQ MN location per Target’s Hybrid/Flex for your Day Policy.
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
