The pay range is $85,500.00 - $153,900.00

A role on the Enterprise Insights team means you will be a champion of insights about our current and future guests, inspiring the organization to act in their best interest. Under your leadership, your team will help partners build consumer-centric marketing and communications strategies, develop impactful creative and activations, and monitor brand risk and reputation.
The Guest Audience Insights team within Enterprise Insights focuses on understanding consumer behaviors, attitudes, needs, and motivations across Target’s core businesses. We provide understanding, empathy, and insight of our guests and consumers in the development of business and communication strategies.
As a Sr. Analyst , you will report to the Director of Voice of Guest, Enterprise Insights. You will be responsible for translating, synthesizing, and elevating guest themes and pain points to
influence and drive business improvements and better experiences for guests. You will do this by leveraging text analytics as a foundation for identifying guest themes, sentiment, and effort while expanding to other consumer and guest sources including but not limited to social listening, quantitative and qualitative research, and many other tools. Your work will focus on
proactively identifying guest themes and sharing those with the right partners at the right time to influence and drive action. You will build strong partnerships with those who can act on
insights, peers across Enterprise Insights and your working peers to gain the most context and information to share the guest and consumer story. Seeking someone proactive, highly curious, strong at building partners, passionate about consumer behaviors and feedback, highly collaborative and has a growth mindset.

About You:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in Consumer/Shopper/Product Insights
• Highly curious and asks questions to seek clarity (asks why versus just describing what)
• Comfortable working with data
• Communicates clearly and effectively across teams and levels
Preferred:
• Experience in a variety of methodologies. Examples include quantitative (segmentation, buyer analysis, concept testing, brand tracking), qualitative (e.g. ethnography, online consumer panels, IDIs, shopper intercepts, consumer journeys) and/or text analytics.
• Experience partnering with third-party research vendors/agencies.
• Ability to synthesize findings from multiple sources to tell a holistic, influential “what, why, so what” story focused on the critical issues
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Interest in and experience in learning new tools and technology
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
