Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst II . We are open to remote candidates based on discretion.
Role Overview:
The Business Analyst II will be responsible for collection and documentation of all As Is processes. They will work with Department Leaders to collect business requirements for process revisions, enhancements, and the creation of To Be processes. This includes identifying and evaluating a business's current processes involving analyzing existing workflows, systems, and practices to understand how work is currently being done. They will work with IT to project manage process/requirement work and manage all end-to-end coordination and communication with internal stakeholders to ensure process changes do not negatively impact other organizations. The Business Analyst II will take a proactive approach to monitoring end-to-end processes within the organization. They will be responsible for identifying areas where efficiencies can be improved and recommending solutions to address any gaps or areas in need of improvement.
Required Qualifications:
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of business analysis experience.
• Must have prior experience with requirement gathering and process documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience with Visio is preferred.
• Good communication skills are a top priority.
• Process training is a preferred skill.
• Experience facilitating meetings, taking notes, and similar responsibilities are preferred.
• Project management experience desired.
• MS Office knowledge.
• Ability to develop and coordinate multiple processes and business requirements. Demonstrated clear, informative, persuasive and collaborative verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have the ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must exhibit honesty, integrity and courtesy in all interactions.
• Must possess strong work ethic in supporting customer needs, responding promptly and consistently.
