Your Opportunity: The Billing and Pricing Specialist analyzes and implements pricing and billing processes that drive the Taylor OnDemand partnerships with clients. This role is responsible for ensuring that client billing accurately reflects terms and conditions of agreements with individual clients and complies with company policies. This role also implements reporting processes and maintains data to support the pricing strategies for Taylor OnDemand. This position is open to be on a hybrid schedule.Your Responsibilities:Billing Accuracy and ReconciliationEnsure client bills reflect the terms and conditions agreed to by the organizationEnsure compliance with company policies, including analyzing and reconciling shipping chargesEnsure pricing of items is accurate for the individual client and is reflected in what the facility is charging Taylor OnDemandInvestigate and resolve billing discrepancies and errorsClearly documents summary billing processes for individual clients; recommends improvements to the billing processPricing Audits and Redundancy:Document and implement monthly/consistent reporting process for pricing analysisProvide pricing redundancy for new clients and product expansions; ensure pricing accuracy across all platforms.Identify and resolve any discrepancies in pricing data.Support the maintenance of internal and external pricing sheetsAudit client folders to ensure availability of accurate and updated pricingPricing Analysis and ReportingAs designated, monitor and analyze client pricing and the impact on sales and profitability for Taylor OnDemandPrepare and present reports to management, highlighting trends, insights, and discrepanciesSupport Sales and Account Executives in generating reports for meetings and client business reviewsProvide insights and recommendations to support pricing strategiesCross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with account executives and internal departments to ensure pricing and billing strategies are effectively communicatedAssist in the development of processes, tools, and training materials for pricing and billingYou Must Have: 2+ years of relevant work experienceAttention to detailExperience collaborating with multiple teamsStrong communication skillsComfortability within data and reportingExperience using Microsoft SuiteWe Would Also Prefer:Bachelors degreeExperience using PowerBIAbout Taylor CorporationOne of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor’s family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
