Your Opportunity: Taylor on Demand (a Taylor company) is seeking a Product and Process Specialist. This person will be understanding the market and investigating product performance. In this role you will also be assisting with reporting that aids in the strategy of product.Your Responsibilities:Product Detail Management:Maintain and update product details in internal systems.Create and maintain ongoing map of end-to-end product set up by system and facility for all Taylor OnDemand products.Ensure accuracy and completeness of product information.Product Templates and Images:Manage and update product templates and images, including organization and accessibility to all relevant teams.Provide templates/links to clients during their onboarding or product expansion processesValidate accuracy of all templates with sister facilities and communicate changes to all relevant team memberEnsure all product visuals are up-to-date and meet company standards.Product Line Audits:Generate accurate reports to support product strategy and product management processesSupport strategy development and implementation across teams.Assist Marketing in developing product/sales sheets based on strategy.Internal Process Audits and Maintenance:Create and maintain an updated table of contents for program documents, standard operating procedures, and workflows for internal team processesDevelop and maintain program documents, standard operating procedures, and workflows for internal team processesConduct regular internal audits to ensure all documentation is up-to-date, organized in Sharepoint/Teams, and accessible to all relevant teams.Identify areas for improvement and recommend new processes, documents, and procedures.Data Maintenance:Maintain and update internal and external master sheets for all product detailsEnsure data integrity and consistency across all databasesArchive and manage expired and current data sheetsTeam Support:Schedule all recurring internal team meetings and coordinate all logistics, including communication.Take meeting notes and follow up on action items.Ensure project management is being implemented and updated for all internal team projectsProvide general support to the team as needed.Account Executive (AE) Support:Assist with the Data Item Setup spreadsheet.Review identified client account summary bills for accuracy, in partnership with AEsProvide data and administrative support to AEs, as determined and plannedYou Must Have: 2+ years of relevant work experienceAttention to detailExperience collaborating with multiple teamsStrong communication skillsComfortability within data and reportingExperience using Microsoft SuiteWe Would Also Prefer:Bachelors degreeExperience using PowerBIAbout Taylor CorporationOne of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor’s family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
