Job Description: We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our production team. As a Production Team Member at Brushy Creek Custom Doors, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing process, ensuring the quality and timely completion of our products. Responsibilities: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety toe shoes/boots, gloves, and ear/eye protection. Lift parts weighing between 10lbs-40lbs frequently and occasionally assist in lifting parts weighing up to 150lbs. Utilize hand and power tools to assemble and finish wood-based products. Operate and maintain machinery in a safe and efficient manner. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow production schedules and meet quality standards. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in manufacturing or a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment. Comfortable working with hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and quality. Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
