Position: Territorial Sales Manager - Heavy Equipment Location: Remote Company: I.R.A.Y. What You'll Do: As a Territorial Sales Manager for heavy equipment, you'll be at the forefront of our business, responsible for driving contracts and cultivating lasting relationships with clients. Your main responsibilities will include: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, online platforms, and industry associations. Client Relationship Management & Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Identify and establish relationships with new clients, dealers, distributors, and key industry players. For new clients establish strong rapport with clients, nurturing long-term partnerships based on trust and exceptional service. Consultative Selling: Understand clients' needs and recommend the most suitable solutions from our equipment sales to auction approach. Provide expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards within the territory. Sales: Consign equipment from clients to the auctions and handle all sales-related questions. Schedule meetings with clients to look at and inventory equipment if needed. Train clients with our online consignment tool, which is easy to utilize and can save you time and money, instead of traveling to clients. Contracts: Contracts specify the terms and conditions of the business relationship, including pricing, percentages, payment terms, delivery schedules, and any other relevant details. This clarity helps prevent misunderstandings and disputes. Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close deals effectively while adhering to company guidelines. Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge and enhance your sales approach. Customer Feedback and Satisfaction: Gather feedback from customers to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications: B2B sales, with experience in heavy equipment sales, is a distinct advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with clients. Exceptional presentation and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals. Technical aptitude to understand the features and functionalities of complex machinery. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
