Position Overview:
$50,000.00 To 70,000.00 Annually
The Repair Parts Inventory Manager will oversee the management and organization of inventory for repair parts, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and timely shipping of products. This role requires strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain inventory management procedures for repair parts
• Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment
• Coordinate with warehouse distribution team to receive and store incoming repair parts
• Oversee shipping process to ensure timely delivery of repair parts to customers
• Utilize ERP and other warehouse management systems to manage and track inventory
• Implement and maintain BFIT (Best Fit Inventory Technique) to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure proper inventory management procedures are followed
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in inventory management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Strong knowledge of inventory management procedures and best practices
• Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize inventory levels
• Experience managing and training warehouse staff
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
