Job Title: Accountant/Bookkeeper
Location: Athens, Georgia (Onsite)
Hours 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Fill-Time position
You Will Be
• engaging directly with clients, taking charge of both accounting and client services
• Develop meaningful relationships with clients, continually deepening your understanding of their businesses and elevating the level of service you provide
• QuickBooks desktop and online data entry and monthly accounting
• Perform general ledger accounting tasks, such as recording journal entries and reconciling accounts
• Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
If You Have
• Maintaining multiple QuickBooks files for different clients across various industries,
• Experience with either/or bookkeeping or accounting with multiple companies
• Providing clients with a high level of service and attention to detail
• Minimum 2 years experience in QuickBooks (both Online and Desktop)
• Experience in bill pay
• Experience with schedule management
