**What you'll do
**
Using statistical tools such as process capability, Design of Experiment, SPC etc..
Assist manufacturing and suppliers in evaluation and optimization of manufacturing processes and products
Perform part inspection utilizing the appropriate tools and equipment. Create reports summarizing results and methods utilized
Define and execute the requirements of gauging and inspection methods for instruments utilized with frequency in the lab
Guide the plant inspectors in daily activities related to inspection, testing and problem resolution
Assist in the maintenance and calibration of Quality Assurance lab equipment
Assist in the maintenance of Safe Quality Food Quality Systems
Automate quality inspection processes to reduce manual intervention

**What you'll need to have:
**
Bachelor’s degree in quality, plastics, packaging or related engineering field preferred
Experience in a food grade facility
Experience with GFSI schemes or Quality Systems desired
Effective use of MS work and Excel
Strong verbal and written communication
Management skills
