Inspire Services, LLC is seeking qualified individuals to join our outpatient ARMHS team! ARMHS Mental Health Practitioners (MHP) provide rehabilitative mental health services to clients with mental health issues living in the community. Our ARMHS team members provide dynamic, person-centered services to clients in the counties served by Inspire Services, LLC, and we are currently hiring to provide exceptional service in the following counties: Rice, Le Sueur, Nicollet, and Blue Earth. ARMHS MHPs provide support to our clients by working with them to develop and implement an Individual Treatment Plan that will help identify the needs of the clients, and provide a realistic and achievable pathway to improve their quality of life while learning to manage limitations they may experience with their mental illness. Benefits: Flexible schedule 7 Paid holidays: Holidays falling on a weekend are observed either Friday or Monday Paid Time Off Sick Time 401(k) with company matching Short Term Disability - employer paid Identity Theft Protection Affordable access to Legal Counsel Dedicated work phone line Free CEU & Training Opportunities Requirements to apply: Experience with ARMHS is preferred, but not mandatory Must be able to pass a DHS background check with no disqualifications Strong written and oral communication skills Must be able to document objectively and effectively Maintain a valid driver’s license and have a satisfactory driving record Must have a working vehicle with valid auto insurance Prior experience working with electronic health records (EHR) preferred Self-motivated: Ability to organize and work independently Must maintain a person-centered approach Must be able to work with a service recipient’s care team if requested Must meet at least one of the qualifications below: Qualifications to apply: A mental health practitioner is qualified to provide ARMHS services if they meet at least one of the four following ways: Bachelor’s degree: Practitioner is qualified through relevant coursework by completing at least 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours in Behavioral Sciences or related fields and meets one of these: Experience: Has at least 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to adults or children with: Mental illness, substance use disorder, Traumatic brain injury or developmental disabilities and completes 30 hours of additional training on mental illness, recovery and resiliency, mental health de-escalation techniques, co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse, and psychotropic medications and side effects; or Fluent in non-English language: Is fluent in the non-English language of the ethnic group to which at least 50 percent of the practitioner's clients belong, and completes 30 hours of additional training on mental illness, recovery and resiliency, mental health de-escalation techniques, co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse, and psychotropic medications and side effects; or Practicum or Internship: Has completed a practicum or internship that required direct interaction with adults or children served, and was focused on behavioral sciences or related fields; or Day Treatment Program: Is working in a MHCP-enrolled adult or children’s day treatment program. Work Experience: Practitioner is qualified through work experience if the practitioner has either: At least 4,000 hours of experience in the delivery of services to adults or children with: Mental illness, substance use disorder, or Traumatic brain injury or developmental disabilities and completes 30 hours of additional training on mental illness, recovery and resiliency, mental health de-escalation techniques, co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse, and psychotropic medications and side effects; At least 2,000 hours of work experience and receives treatment supervision at least once per week until meeting the requirement of 4,000 hours in the delivery of services to adults or children with: Mental illness, or substance use disorder; or Traumatic brain injury or developmental disabilities and completes 30 hours of additional training on mental illness, recovery and resiliency, mental health de-escalation techniques, co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse, and psychotropic medications and side effects; Master’s or Graduate Degree : Practitioner is qualified if they hold a master’s or other graduate degree in behavioral sciences or related fields. Practitioner is qualified as a vendor of medical care if the practitioner meets the definition of vendor of medical care in Minnesota Statutes, 256B.02, subdivision 7, paragraphs (b) and (c), and is serving a federally recognized tribe. Scope of practice: Mental health practitioners may provide an adult service recipient with: Client education Rehabilitative mental health services Functional assessments Level of care assessments Treatment plans
