They are coachable driven individuals who are excited to take on the responsibility that comes with keeping our parks safe AND fun. What our AGM’s get to do! Responsibilities Under the supervision and guidance of the management team, our Supervisors assist with overseeing daily park operations and act as the Manager On Duty when an AGM or GM isn’t available. They also work to master one of four key areas including the Guest Experience, Facilities, Parties & Events, or Food & Beverage. Daily Park Operations – Be a strong and consistent presence throughout the park by assisting Team Leads or providing direct Manager on Duty support so shifts can run as smoothly as possible. Provide hand-on support to all team members by jumping into any department when extra help is needed (i.e. café, birthday parties, front desk, etc.). Execution of membership sales at the front desk and being on the lookout for potential sales opportunities while walking the park or assisting in other departments (by creating memorable moments for our guests, providing guests with information, and educating guests on our offerings when the opportunities present themselves). Help maintain a safe and clean environment. Ensure all daily reports and/or incidents are documented appropriately. Essential Park Function (owns only one of the following) – Creating an exceptional guest experience: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer issues, and create memorable moments for park members and guests. Assist the AGM with managing the Net Promoter Scores through reviewing and managing guest feedback and online reviews. Review the birthday party and field trip schedule for the next day and take care of any last-minute preparations to ensure guests have a great experience and the park is prepared. Assist AGM with updating and monitoring inventory reports. Deliver an exceptional party experience as a Party Host when needed. Providing a safe and comfortable facility: When an MOD, ensure all necessary workorder recommendations are given to the AGM prior to shift ending. When an MOD, ensure that all incidents have been documented and given to the AGM for documentation and/or follow-up. Assist the AGM with updating and monitoring daily/weekly maintenance reports. Assist AGM in keeping all safety reports and inventory reports updated. Lead weekly and daily cleaning initiatives and ensure they are completed on time. Lead weekly and daily attractions and equipment inspections, report to the AGM and document any potential wear and tear maintenance items. Spot clean during shifts in all areas of the park. Maintaining a safe and compliant food & beverage experience: Complete daily/weekly café checklists and review with management as needed. Assist AGM with updating and monitoring inventory reports. Learn and enforce all food safety compliance standards. Ensure all café menus are accurate and displayed daily. Maintain an exceptionally clean café.
