Manages cell productivity and guides scheduling, sequencing of work, and production innovation to optimize production.Role Responsibilities:Effectively lead a 2nd shift (Operations & Materials) department that is focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and CostYou should have a safety 1st mindset and lead by example ensuring all safety guidelines are followed consistentlyDevelop and support a 5s mindset on 2nd shift. Ensured processes are being followed by all employeesCommunicate and work closely with the 1st shift supervisors to ensure there's a clear understanding of the daily expectationsAbility to recognize and resolve when gaps exist throughout the nightTrain and help develop team leadersUnderstand all 2nd shift processes (Operations & Materials)Ensure time and attendance is accurateDevelop an environment that champions high employee morale promoting fair and equal treatment focused on resultsConduct employee performance reviews providing effective and constructive unbiased feedbackRole Purpose:To be management representative on the 2nd shiftLead and manage the 2nd shift Operations and MaterialsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree3+ years of experience in operations or materials2+ years of experience in a leadership rolePreferred Qualifications:Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process executionRequires specialized knowledge of technical or operational practicesUniversity Degree and a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience#LI-Onsite#REFRSRCARCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
