About the College/Unit/Department
The University of Georgia School of Law is regarded as one of the nation's top law schools, ranking in the top 20 of all law schools in the country and ranking 7th among public law schools according to U.S. News & World Report . The School employs 130 faculty members and most recently enrolled 565 students in Fall 2023. The UGA School of Law offers the Juris Doctor degree (J.D.), Master of Laws degree (LL.M.), and a Master in the Study of Law degree (M.S.L.). It offers a vibrant learning environment driven by an accomplished corps of superior teachers and scholars. It provides a wide array of experiential learning programs, extensive international programs, and a rigorous and challenging intellectual environment. Its student body is one of the nation's most highly credentialed. Its advocacy program is one of the nation's best, and they have won 12 national, 11 regional and 3 state titles in the last 5 years, including the 2019-20 National Moot Court Competition title.
