• Shifts available: 4-10 hour workdays/week with 3 days off
• Start with 16 hours of PTO on day one & accrue up to an additional 120 hours of PTO your first year with Crete

Requirements • A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
• Diesel, automotive, or trailer experience will be considered
• Education in the industry will be considered without work experience
• A combination of education and work experience will also be considered
• Valid driver's license as required by Supervisor
• Must have own tools
• Safety shoes (steel or composite toe) required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Our Diesel Technicians keep our fleet of 5,000 on the road by providing preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs to our trucks and trailers, helping us maintain our position as a leader in the industry.
