Position Overview
Provide leadership to the Engineering, Maintenance & Reliability services to safely meet the Business Plan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Oversee Plant’s Capital & Maintenance spending plans to utilize all available authorized funds.
•Direct & manage multiple concurrent engineering, maintenance and reliability projects.
• Directs and supports maintenance and engineering efforts to aid and improve plant performance related to safety, quality delivery and cost.
• Provides expert process knowledge and applies engineering science to establish and maintain control and capability for production processes and for continuously improving technology.
Job requirements
•Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
•Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
•Minimum 5 years in supervision and leadership
•Minimum 5 years extensive experience with trouble-shooting and correcting equipment maintenance - breakdowns and failures.
•Proficient in maintenance reliability
