Preferred Qualifications Position Summary
The Annual Giving Officer is responsible for young alumni giving including creating multi-channel marketing campaigns and solicitations as well as leading outreach to promote philanthropic support. This position serves as the main point of contact for the Ten for Terry recurring gift program, leading strategy and outreach efforts and departmental campaigns. In addition, this position coordinates prospect engagement through on-campus speaking events.

Lead Overall Young Alumni Giving Efforts
• Design and implement young alumni philanthropy strategy
• Assist with CYE and FYE Annual Giving Appeals and Outreach
• Coordinate Annual Second Century Club solicitation and stewardship
• Drive participation within Terry's young alumni population and grow participation each year
• Coordinate annual Welcome to the Alumni Network event
• Create personalized solicitations for GOLD segment (email, social, etc.)

Lead Terry's Solicitation Efforts by Program/Department
• In line with Terry's philanthropic priorities, create schedule to solicit alumni based on major/program affiliation in order to grow departmental excellence funds and endowments
• Design and create content for department and program driven solicitations via multi-channel efforts
• Provide campaign updates and results at partnership meetings that take place each semester
• Coordinate with Director of Prospect Management & Analytics and Major Gift liaison to provide reports to goal and strategy for each area

Lead Terry's Recurring Giving Campaign, Ten for Terry
• Serve as main liaison with YAB Philanthropy committee
• Ensure program continues to provide a minimum of $100,000 annually to the Terry College Excellence Fund and grow donor base to support departments via Ten for Terry+
• Prepare Email marketing and solicitations
• Quarterly newsletters
• regular solicitations
• TFT presence in Terry Magazine, Alumni Newsletter, social media, etc. Prepare welcome Messaging for new donors
• Monthly TFT+ solicitations for each fund (all departments + select programs)
• Attrition - contact any donors who drop out of the program or have lapsed credit cards
• Conduct donor recognition/donor relations for TFT donors including annual touchpoint

• Coordinate Terry Talks, Coffee & Conversations and other on-campus experiences for prospects
