H2i – Club Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. The Club Manager is personally responsible for establishing relationships with new and existing members within the facility, helping them “Get to a Healthier Place®”. Building the club's business by meeting with new prospective members and engaging with the community are key to your success in this position. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: New member acquisition through digital marketing, community outreach, and one-on-one sales. Schedule events regularly to drive new memberships and build community awareness. Comfortable speaking on the telephone. Prospecting goals a minimum of 30 telephone calls per day. Conduct prospect tours, sales presentations, and membership sales Oversight of the entire club membership base including operational and financial responsibilities, back-end reporting, and management of member needs. Accurately completing a Daily Production Log of activities, tracking memberships, and member contacts. Ensure member satisfaction, including processing of member service requests. Ensure that club facility and equipment are always kept clean, attractive, and in compliance with company standards and local regulations. Ensure club has adequate cleaning stations, stocked and ready to use for members. Work as a team of fitness professionals to provide the best member experience and to assure overall club goals are met. Provide members with superior services, products and guidance. Respond to and take action for any emergency in the gym, including but not limited to, member or staff medical incidents, fire or weather-related alarms, security alarms. Attend professional development training and staff meetings. All other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience with Club Management Systems, or fitness club management software, a plus. Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills are a must. Previous experience providing “world-class” customer service. Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED. Current CPR and AED certification (or ability to obtain).
