Project Manager/Estimator
We seek a dedicated and experienced Project Manager/Estimator to oversee the field operations of a successful industrial/commercial construction company in Covington, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have a background in industrial construction and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
• Oversee field operations
• Schedule subcontractors
• Manage construction schedules
• Accurately estimate projects in monetary form and completion time
• Order materials and specialty supplies
• Manage other field personnel
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
Qualifications
• 5 or more years of successful construction experience
• Excellent supervisory and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively manage resources and budgets
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
