We are looking for experienced drivers to join our team and haul refrigerated (reefer) freight over the road. Our routes primarily cover the Midwest and areas east of I-35, with occasional deliveries beyond these regions, depending on customer needs. Drivers will need to be able to operate across all 48 contiguous states, except New York City and the 5 bor oughs, where no forced dispatch is required.
99% No Touch Freight and 65% Drop& Hook
Home Time:
• East of the Mississippi River: Home every 2 weeks (14 days)
• West of the Mississippi River: Home every 3 weeks (21 days)
Compensation and Benefits:
• Pay Rate: $0.62 per mile (includes per diem)
• Guaranteed Weekly Pay: $1,250
• Average Weekly Mileage: 2,000 to 2,700 miles

Pre-Qualification
Minimum age 23
At least 2 years of OTR driving within the last 3 years
Moving Violations:
• No more than 2 violations in the past 12 months
• No more than 4 violations in the past 3 years
• No serious moving violations in the past 3 years
Accidents:
• Zero incidents in the last 12 months
• No more than 3 incidents in the last 3 years
• No incidents such as running off the road, dropping a trailer, topping a trailer, jackknifing, or rollover in the past 7 years
• No preventable DOT-recordable accidents in the past 3 years
Jobs: No more than 3 jobs in the last 12 mos or no more than 9 jobs in the past 3 years
Felony and Misdemeanor Convictions: Case by Case basis
DUI/ DWI : None in the past 5 years
SAP: No failed drug test in the last 5 years
