We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to help us create an awesome customer experience and keep things in good order within our restaurants. Assistant Manager: Daily Tasks Supervise restaurant staff during shifts, including hiring, scheduling, and evaluations. Place orders, assess inventory, and organize stores. Maintain the facility, including assigning staff to clean and conduct preventative maintenance. Balance cash receipts. Be responsible for providing hygienic, safe food that meets branding, and company standards. Participate in interviewing, hiring, training and developing our team members. Conduct weekly inventory to minimize waste and control costs.
