Pavus Solar is a locally owned and operated solar company based in the Phoenix area. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solar Canvassing Manager to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a team of Solar Appointment Setters while contributing to the company's continued success. We offer an aggressive redline commission structure! Responsibilities: Proactively identify and cultivate new sales leads through strategic door-to-door canvassing efforts. Manage and nurture a pipeline of potential customers, effectively communicating the value of our solar solutions. Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve and exceed production goals. Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency to ensure a positive experience. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in door-to-door sales or a related field. Familiarity with the solar energy industry and construction processes is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of customers. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
