Summary: The Physical Therapist will provide outpatient physical therapy services for Odom Rehab in accordance with state guidelines. Duties include evaluation, treatment, and documentation of patient care, as well as participation in staff meetings and ongoing professional development. Essential Functions: Evaluate and treat patients, identifying root causes of dysfunction and developing treatment plans. Oversee treatment provided by support staff, ensuring adherence to established plans of care. Deliver therapy services, including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises. Educate patients and families on self-management techniques. Document patient treatment and communicate with medical staff as needed. Participate in staff meetings and continuing education activities. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program with current MN State Physical Therapy Licensure. One year of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred. Previous work experience in primary health care setting preferred.
