Work schedule: Rotating shifts Monday-Friday What's on the menu? Performing Good Sanitation Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) when handling equipment. Perform all required observations and training timely and as scheduled. Conduct daily Production Line Checks and document including documenting HACCP details. Perform daily Quality Checklists. Consistently connect with department co-workers on current tasks. Perform sanitation duties for production equipment as needed and period sanitation work as assigned. Operate electric hand truck. Ability to work in hot/cold temperatures (some areas may get up to 95* and some areas may be wet at times) Ability to traverse my work environment- sustained up to 2/3 of my working hours. Ability to perform moderate workload occasionally exerting up to 50 lbs. of force- limited movement from my workstation for brief periods of time.
