Responsible for supervision and recruitment of staff and volunteers as well as management of the store. Engage with the community for support, promotion, and donation of goods. Previous retail business and budgeting desired. Ability to follow written regulations, policies, and procedures. Ability to work with a variety of people in a busy work environment. Able to lead by example as well as delegate tasks professionally. Keeps areas clean and organized. Have a high school diploma. 40 hours per week. Includes weekend work. $24.89/hr.
