Summary: The Speech & Language Pathologist at Odom Rehab provides outpatient speech therapy services, ensuring adherence to state guidelines. Responsibilities encompass patient evaluation, treatment planning, documentation, and active participation in staff meetings and professional development endeavors. Responsibilities: Provide outpatient Speech Therapy services ethically and professionally. Evaluate and treat patients according to state guidelines. Develop treatment plans and maintain proper documentation. Collaborate with the therapy team and educate patients and caregivers. Participate in staff meetings and maintain licensure.
