This is where you will spend most of your shift unboxing, setting up and testing computer equipment, and performing hardware upgrades such as adding RAM or a larger hard drive, and assisting Tier II techs as needed. Answering the help desk phone, replying to support emails, contacting vendors, and performing other entry-level , tasks as required. You may also drop off or pick up computers and printers nearby, such as Madison or Monroe, Ga. This job can be physical due to moving equipment around and setting things up. Being able to stand for long periods and lift 40 lbs is required. We have one of the most flexible schedules in the IT business, which many students and other part-time job seekers appreciate. Our regular hours are 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. We are closed on the weekends, most Federal holidays, and nights.
