summary:
Diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul compact and agricultural equipment.
essential functions:

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair compact and agricultural equipment
• Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify components
• Interface positively with Service Writers, leadership team, the parts department, vendors, and customers
• Keep paperwork updated and submitted upon completion
• Meet certification requirements
• Meet and maintain efficiency labor goals
• Follow Company Vehicle Policy at all times
company-wide expectations:
• Remain drug and alcohol free while on Company premises and within the scope of duty
• Understand and comply with all Sanco Enterprises policies and procedures
• Observe safety and security policies and procedures and use equipment and materials accordingly
• Duties may be added, deleted, or modified at any time, at the discretion of management, via written, verbal, formal, or informal means

• Requires a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
• Technical degree or certification is a plus

• Work with diagnostic computers for troubleshooting and repairs
• Use computers for web-based training and work order system
• Work independently in a field service environment while displaying a professional confident relationship with the customer
• Exhibit a strong mechanical aptitude
• Possess a clean driving record

• Exposure to varying weather-related temperatures (both inside and outside)
• Moderate exposure to moving objects and mechanical parts
