What Will You Do?
As a Policy Processing Specialist, you will work within multiple computer systems processing various transactions for our insurance policies. This includes creating and issuing new business policies, renewing existing client accounts, and updating existing client information, while producing a quality product. We are seeking individuals with an ability to troubleshoot, strong attention to detail, and a flair for handling multiple tasks efficiently and accurately are valuable assets. Insurance experience not required – we provide exceptional training!
Responsibilities
• Adheres to online documentation to ensure that tasks are properly completed using the current operating procedures and supporting worksheets.
• Ensures all state-specific insurance requirements are satisfied with special forms, advance notice requirements, and special wording.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other Company personnel to optimize results through interdependent relationships.
Minimum Requirements
• A two-year degree or equivalent experience in a general business environment
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs and the ability to navigate several different systems
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to changing priorities
• A proven track record of being a problem solver who takes initiative and works well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and accurate task completion
• Ability to work with multiple computer applications, while demonstrating, speed, accuracy, and a high attention to detail
• Proficient keyboarding and/or data entry skills
The pay for this position is $23.80 per hour. You will go through a 6-8 week training program that begins on September 9th, 202 4. Hours during training will be 7:00am-3:30pm . Hours after training, have flexible start times between 7:00 am and 8:30 am.
