Highly reputable and established Subcontractor/Specialty Contractor seeking a qualified and Experienced Metal Stud Framer/Framing Project Manager with at least 5 years experience. - 5+ years Estimating/Project Management experience - a MUST
- 5+ Years Experience with commercial drywall & commercial construction projects - a MUST
- Knowledge and experience of light gauge metal framing, metal stud framing, drywall & acoustical systems - a MUST
- 5+ Years Experience working with a specialty contractor or subcontractor - a MUST
- *Strong* Track Record of Tenure (Candidates who have consistently moved companies every 1-2 years will not be considered -- seeking a candidate with a few years per company)
- Excellent math & organizational skills
- Great leadership & communication skills
