Preferred Qualifications Position Summary
This position reports to the Director of Full-Time Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Business Analytics ( MBA and MSBA ) Career Management Center. The position focuses on connecting classroom learning to the corporate marketplace by identifying, sourcing, cultivating, and facilitating applied learning with key companies who recruit and hire MBA and MSBA graduates.

Manage a board of professionals that will connect graduate business education to the corporate marketplace.
* Identify and solicit at least 10 executive level contacts at key companies to seat a board for advising, coaching, and providing experiential learning opportunities for graduate business students.
* Cultivate, recruit, seat, and manage board participants by formulating the charter, commitments, and criteria for membership.
* Provide structure for continued terms, maintaining a board of members that incorporate diversity of industry, function, gender, race, and ethnicity.

Duties/Responsibilities
Oversee/direct board management and governance, enacting strategies that align with the Terry College of Business and MBA / MSBA Programs office.
* Develop and monitor participants' obligations related to financial pledges and board commitments.
* Schedule and execute two board meetings each year (or an agreed upon cadence) to provide student and board member interaction and engagement with Program Staff
* Institute specific committees and identify students and board members who will participate in each
incorporating executive coaching or mentoring, curriculum, and applied learning.
* Match students with coaches and offer a framework for interactions.
* Monitor coaching outcomes, determine best practices, and share those with others.

Identify and engage instructors for semester-long credit-bearing applied learning projects.
* Secure projects to fill pipeline for MBA and MSBA applied learning courses including but not limited to Capstone, Six Sigma, Strategy Consulting, and FinTech.
* Collaborate with UGA's Legal Affairs and Terry College of Business finance and accounting departments to negotiate terms and facilitate administration of contracts and supplemental documentation for sales and service agreements.
* Provide ongoing client oversight and troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction.

Assess students for skills and qualities that will complement each other for teams and provide project management instruction as needed before team assignment.
* Establish processes for student project management training in collaboration with CMC and faculty to set standards of engagement with client teams.
