Essential Functions/Responsibilities: ADMINISTRATIVE: Responsible for greeting visitors in the lobby and answering/transferring calls. Maintaining and submitting order request for office supplies. Assisting Plant Manager, HR Manager/Generalist and/or other Leadership team members as needed. Gathers paperwork, such as invoices, separates, and transfers to electronic files. Handling incoming mail, sorting, distributing mail to appropriate individuals. Assist Quality department with daily audits. Coordinating and assist with plant safety meetings. Assist with set-up of plant functions. Documents, records, and distributes minutes for monthly shift and safety meetings. Assist with housekeeping as needed. HUMAN RESOURCES: Maintains and reviews paper applications as submitted. · Onboarding and safety orientation and paperwork. · Entering employees into time clock. · Issuing and managing employee lockers. · Maintaining employee communication boards. · Assist with employee recognition programs/ award programs. · Direct employee questions to the appropriate channels. Education and Experience 2-5 years prior office, human resources, customer service experience desired. High school education required. Skills Required: · Competent working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and other related software utilizing a Windows platform. Able to multi-task effectively. Excellent attention to detail. Works well in a team environment and possess customer service approach when communicating. Able to work with a diverse group of people. · Demonstrated use of sound judgment and ability to make decisions in a consistent a manner. · Must be resourceful, highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. · Professional image and demeanor. · Must be able to track and manage issues through to completion. · Must demonstrate high integrity, honesty, and ethical behavior.
