Job description:
Now seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team in Sarasota, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and civil engineering background in Private, Public site and Civil Engineering Design.  The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal capital improvement projects.

Salary : 100K – 120K
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Professional Engineers (P.E.) License and Valid Driver’s License
• Software Experience with MS Office, MS Project, ICPR (storm water software), must know how to read and open CAD files.
• Private and Public Site and Civil Engineering Design, Including Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Municipal Capital Improvement projects.
• Familiar with Local, State, and Federal Permitting Agencies
• Proficient in Verbal and Written Communication and Competencies
• 5 years’ Experience

Nice to have:
• Software Experience with MS Office, MS Project, Modret, WaterCAD and AutoCAD
• Would entertain an EI, would have to have 4-5 years of experience and close to getting P.E.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills coupled with a friendly demeanor.
• Display a keen enthusiasm for generating and pursuing business opportunities.
• Strong self-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
