Description
NOTE:  This position will be located in Athens.
Athens Orthopedic Clinic is seeking an experienced Call Center Lead to provide oversight and managerial support to both the Call Center and Switchboard Operators.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Staff Scheduling
• New hire training and ongoing staff training
• Resolution of scheduling issues
• Management of staff productivity
• Interaction with clinics throughout organization regarding patient scheduling
• Work with providers to ensure maximum availability of appointment slots and types.
Requirements:
• Three (3) years previous call center experience in a large scale call center environment preferred
• Previous experience with healthcare insurance preferred.
• Previous managerial oversight experience preferred.
