Fulltime, 3rd shiftMonday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8P-6APosition Purpose:CT Technologist to work in the Radiology Department performing CT exams on Third shift: 8pm to 6am. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.What you will do: Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs CT procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiographic diagnosis.Perform routine CT scans on pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, and trauma patients.Assist the radiologist in special procedures such as biopsies, drain tube placements, injections, and markings.What you will need:Licensure/Certification/Registration:  ARRT registered - CT registry Education:  Graduate of approved Radiology Program Experience: Experience necessary to demonstrate competenceSpecial Qualifications:  Working knowledge of the department and modality consistent with education levelPosition Highlights and Benefits:Day 1 benefits, no waiting period!
