Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start) Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled working 8 to 12 consecutive hours per day on a weekly fixed (i.e., 7am - 3pm, 3pm – 11pm or 11pm - 7am) or rotating shift (i.e., Midnights, Afternoons, Days or Days/Afternoons). The starting rate of pay for this position is $23.55 to $26.53 an hour with a $1.50 shift differential for afternoon or midnight shift.
