This position provides computer and technical assistance concerning system and enterprise-wide issues including applications, infrastructure, and systems.  This position also researches, evaluates, and recommends hardware and software and deploy new technologies. Responsibilities may include responding to and resolving escalated issues, coordinating fixes and resolutions with other departments and external vendors, determining specifications, monitoring daily systems operations and optimizing performance, receiving and documenting new technologies, and working with users to determine appropriate technologies to meet their needs.
