Job Title: Entry-Level Systems Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented entry-level systems and solutions engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in systems engineering or a related field, with a passion for problem-solving and a keen interest in interdisciplinary collaboration. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Systems Analysis: Conduct analysis of complex systems to understand requirements, identify dependencies, and assess performance.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, architect, and implement comprehensive solutions that meet client needs and align with business goals.
• Requirements Management: Assist in defining, documenting, and managing system and solution requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize expertise in various technologies, platforms, and tools to develop innovative solutions and overcome technical challenges.
• Modeling and Simulation: Utilize modeling and simulation tools to evaluate system and solution behavior, performance, and reliability.
• Integration and Testing: Participate in system and solution integration activities and testing to verify compliance with requirements and specifications.
• Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation and deployment of systems and solutions.
• Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, including system and solution architectures, design documents, and implementation plans.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in systems and solutions engineering, and actively seek opportunities to enhance solution offerings and processes.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives, and develop tailored solutions to address their requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance.
• Knowledge of systems engineering principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.) and development frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship or project experience in systems engineering, solutions engineering, or related fields is a plus.
