Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and engaging individual to join our team. This individual must have a passion for health and wellness. Work individually as well as under the supervision of our Providers to provide high-quality client care in alignment with policies and regulations. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Support the many different tasks for which the practice is responsible and ties directly to the overall business plan of the practice. This position allows the providers the assurances they need to know that their practice is being maintained and supported within practice guidelines. By assisting in the management and leadership of the aesthetic practice the individual is stepping into an instrumental role of the daily operations of a fast-paced holistic client planning practice. They assist in the direction and implementation of office and client management. This includes assisting the provider with systematic data collection; assists with the development of aesthetic plan, and implementation of plan and revision of plan. Systematically collects data from clients, observation, discussion with Nurse and review of medical aesthetic records. Gather data to assist with the assessment of clients and apply knowledge to facilitate the desired plan of care. Assists and is knowledgeable in the development of the aesthetic needs of clients and plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Assists in the implementation of the clients desired plan by monitoring responsibility, developing communication systems and following up on outcomes. Allows and encourages autonomous decision making to clients whenever possible. Provide thorough aftercare instructions and follow-up with clients to track their progress Maintain detailed and accurate client records Adhere to all state regulations, industry best practices, and Giddie Skin Medspa's policies and procedures Collaborate with the clinic's team of professionals to ensure seamless coordination of services Articulates expectations and follows up on assignments given to subordinates and assures completion of duties, as directed by an RN or supervisor Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities Assist the planning providers, chief financial officer, and social media and marketing advisor Organizes and manages patient health information data to ensure quality, accuracy, accessibility and security in both paper and electronic formats. Sort and distribute incoming, outgoing and interoffice mail Document client contacts/calls/messages and schedule as needed This role provides support by scheduling as needed, fielding incoming client phone calls, ensuring office entry and lobby are clean and professional, logging incoming mail for the practice, greeting and extending hospitality to clients as they arrive. Responsibilities and Time Allocation will change over time to meet the needs of the practice and can include other duties as assigned by the provider. Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by providers, and HIPPA Ability to support and provide guidance for compliance within the providers practice Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one year working experience in a medical environment preferred. Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred. Must be detail oriented with excellent communication skills. Must demonstrate a professional attitude and maintain composure when confronted with fast-paced and stressful situations within the patient care setting Experience in working in a small office environment Able to function in a team-oriented environment, but also able to work independently with minimal degree of supervision.
