Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism and kindness. Handle customer emails with a friendly tone and prompt responses. Assist with various office tasks like filing, data entry, and appointment scheduling. Acquire a basic understanding of HVAC terminology and processes through training. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Maintain our company's commitment to exceptional customer service at all times. Engage in light sales conversations over the phone, presenting promotional offers and maintenance plans to clients. Perform other assigned duties as needed. Qualifications: Must possess an empathetic and friendly demeanor. Strong organizational abilities are essential. Ability to remain calm and think strategically, even in fast-paced situations. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated work ethic and eagerness to learn and improve. Capable of multitasking and effectively prioritizing tasks. High school diploma or equivalent required.
