Job Summary Quality Appliance is looking for a part-time assistant manager / sales representative which could lead to full time. Ideally we are looking for help in the afternoons, and some Saturdays, but this could be adaptable. This includes answering phones and assisting customers in person with purchasing new appliances in Mankato, MN along with helping the manager to run the store. Job Description: Assisting customers who are looking to purchase new appliances Providing the best experience to all customers who enter the store. Making product recommendations based on customers preferences and industry knowledge Keeping up to date on products, features, and accessories available Managing existing accounts and building new commercial accounts Answering phone calls to assist customers with questions or issues and take messages Helping customers in person with parts, and scheduling service appointments Product preparation and setup, and occasionally loading products Helping to manage inventory and reordering products Assisting with staffing, scheduling, customer service and management of store Requirements: Some sales or retail management experience is preferred but not required Great communication skills and customers service abilities in-person and over the phone Good organizational and computer skills Team player, enthusiastic, goal oriented, optimistic, and driven Have a valid state driver's license A high school diploma or equivalent Benefits: Very flexible hours Competitive Pay with unlimited earning potential Product discounts for employees Meet nice customers and work with a good team!
