Position Summary: We are currently seeking a professional, self-motivated, and energetic Assistant Client Service Manager to work with our existing customers and act as a liaison between our customers and our customer service representative team. The Assistant Client Services Manager candidate must possess strong leadership skills and be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Assistant CSM is a customer centered and productivity centered role, responsible for providing leadership and support to the team while working under the supervision of the Client Services Manager to provide quality customer service. Successful candidates must have previous experience in strategic planning, customer service, sales and marketing and leadership. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Assist with supervising the Customer Service Representatives to ensure daily goals/sales are being met and customers are receiving highest quality customer care. Assist with communicating sales and company goals with team members to deliver high level of customer service. Assist with coaching and development efforts with team members to acquire and refine necessary job skills through constructive feedback, ongoing training, and other coaching techniques. Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one training to evaluate performance and sales. Assist with team meetings to discuss customer care and sales goals, lead a team of up to 10 CSRs. Experience with retail dialer, and high volume outbound and inbound calls. Manage customer concerns and questions. Assist the manager with the hiring process for Sales/CSR Representatives Assist the manager with keeping the team accountable for target goals and responsibilities Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business or related major or equivalent work experience required. 2 years management experience focused on customer service and/or sales More than 2 years’ experience in a call center environment At least 2 years of marketing experience. Prior management experience Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits Commission Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong knowledge of sales and call center operations Ability to develop sales strategies Ability to motivate and inspire employees to achieve performance goals Ability to address concerns in a fair manner Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multi-tasked environment Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office Ability to learn new software program Excellent judgment, reasoning, and problem solving skills Job Type: Full-time Pay Range: $20.00 -23.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience level: 2 years Job Type: Full-time
