We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Wet Tile Saw Operator to join our close-knit team at a leading roof tile distributor in Tempe. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with experience operating saws and a positive, upbeat attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Operate wet tile saws to accurately cut roof tiles to specified sizes with close attention to detail
- Set up cut tiles into boxes, preparing them for palletizing
- Assist with inventory tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols when operating machinery
Qualifications:
- Prior experience using wet tile saws, tile saws, table saws or other cutting machinery is strongly preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy tile boxes
- Strong math skills to take measurements and calculate cuts
- Team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
