This role involves overseeing all aspects of our home health services to ensure we deliver the highest quality care to our clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. - Manage the overall operations of the home health agency, including clinical services, staffing, budgeting, and administration. - Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of clinical and administrative staff. - Ensure the quality of care by conducting regular reviews and initiating improvements in patient care services. - Develop strategic plans to enhance services, improve patient satisfaction, and achieve organizational goals. - Maintain relationships with other healthcare providers, vendors, and community organizations to support patient care and organizational growth. - Prepare and manage budgets, and ensure cost-effective management of resources. - Address and resolve any issues related to services, patients, or staff. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Nursing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. - Valid state licensure in nursing or healthcare administration is required. - Must have at least two years of proven experience as a Home Health Administrator or similar managerial role in healthcare. - In-depth knowledge of home health care industry standards and regulations. - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships. - Ability to strategize and solve problems effectively. - Strong computer skills and familiarity with healthcare software. **Benefits:** - Competitive pay rates and health benefits available. - Opportunities for professional growth. - Supportive and dynamic work environment.
