Seeking Contract Employees to Facilitate Psycho-educational groups - May run one or two groups/ week. Compass of Carolina's mission is to provide compassionate services to individuals and families through counseling, education and financial benefits management. We envision a community strengthened by resilient individuals and stable families. Compass is seeking trained mental health professionals to facilitate one or more of the following psychoeducational groups, in English and Spanish. Batterers Intervention (Male and Female) Anger Management (Adults) Second Chance (Teens & Parents) Victim to Survivorship Second Chance (Adolescent & Parent) Facilitating batterers intervention, anger management and Second Chance group requires a combination of interpersonal skills, knowledge of of batterers intervention programs, and a strong understanding of the dynamics of domestic violence. Currently, Compass facilitates 21 different groups, weekly. These groups are both in person and virtual. Individual must complete clinical documentation and adhere to the specified program curricula. Facilitators may be hired to facilitate one or more groups/week Spanish speaking is a plus! Education: Masters in Counseling, required Must have family violence intervention experience
Salary: $25 - $30 an hour
