The digs: Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt Work Location: This is a remote position, for anyone that is authorized to work in the US, and currently resides in the continental US. Travel: Estimated 5% domestic travel Compensation: $73,500 - $89,250 Your actual base pay will depend on your geographic location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. What you’ll cultivate as a Project Coordinator: (Your responsibilities) Assist Program Managers in organizing field team schedules, meetings, reporting, and data management processes to ensure efficient and timely project execution. Foster seamless coordination and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders, guaranteeing project adherence to schedules and budgets. Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Sales, Solutions, and Product teams, to understand customer requirements and assist in delivering high-quality products. Leverage strong understanding of data governance principles and experience in managing and analyzing large datasets to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance. Maintain accurate documentation and management of field data within the EO SoilCollector platform and Airtable, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Facilitate the collection of Field Boundary files from customers and prepare files for ingestion, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Ensure projects adhere to established processes and maintain meticulous documentation for each project, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Proactively explore and propose innovative strategies for managing customer projects, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing company profitability. Assist Program Managers and other Project Coordinators to engage directly with farmers and ranchers to communicate the field team’s sampling schedule, ensuring timely notification and smooth coordination. Offer exceptional support to customers by promptly addressing inquiries, anticipating their requirements, and facilitating their success through proficient utilization of EarthOptics soil-mapping products via various communication channels including video calls, email, and phone. Are you our soil-mate? You’ll bloom in this role if you have: (Your qualifications) Associate’s degree or related experience in any STEM field or equivalent relevant professional experience. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred in soil science, agronomy, agriculture, or AgTech. Understanding and passion for farming, regenerative agriculture, and/or ClimateTech. Experience in facilitating projects and customer-facing initiatives. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. Keen attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Capability of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Proficient in standard office documentation products such as Google Suite. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Aptitude to learn and navigate new technologies quickly, often with minimal guidance. **We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor or transfer visas at this time. Although not required, we’d love to see roots in: Familiarity with GIS/Mapping apps, specifically QGis, ArcGIS, and GoogleEarth. Proficiency in Airtable, Monday, and/or Jira. Prior experience working in a scaling startup environment. We have teammates in every time zone, and have some teams that operate outside of that timeframe.
